Subsector focus is centred on Energy , Energy Storage, Electric Vehicles charging, Cleantech and Energy Infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be operating in a similar capacity at a well-regarded bank or boutique, or a sector relevant Big 4 corporate finance capacity.
Responsibilities will centre on:
Assist and gain increasing oversight with the management of live transactions
Drive the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business
