Our client, a leading global logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Airfreight Manager to lead the design, optimisation, and performance of its international airfreight network. This is a high-impact role combining strategic network planning with hands-on operational and commercial responsibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimise global airfreight network strategy across key trade lanes Identify cost-effective routing and airline port pair solutions aligned with customer demand and service levels Manage airline relationships, including performance evaluation and preferred carrier programmes Negotiate and oversee BSA and capacity agreements, ensuring compliance and competitiveness Maximise capacity utilisation, including ULD management and load factor optimisation Make daily operational decisions on routing, carrier allocation, and margin protection Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive rates and support profitability Provide market insights and cost intelligence to pricing and tender teams Success Metrics Improved Net Achieved Rate (NAR) and cost per kilo
