Airfreight Billing team leader

Experienced in freight billing and ready to lead a small team, Were recruiting a Billing Team Leader to oversee invoicing within a busy Air Freight operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support 2 Billing Clerks
Oversee and process customer air freight invoices
Review invoices for accuracy and correct rate application
Act as escalation point for invoice queries
Liaise with Operations to ensure all charges are captured
Oversee bulk invoicing and supplier invoice matching
Support month-end and year-end close
Identify and improve billing processes
Key Skills:
Freight billing experience (Air Freight preferred)
Cargowise experience essential
Previous team leadership/supervisory experience desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with problem-solving ability
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Monday to Friday 9.00am -17.30pm
