Morson Edge are recruiting experienced Aircraft Fitters to support long-term aircraft maintenance and modification programmes based in Cambridge.
What's on Offer Long-term contract with up to 3 years of work offering stability, consistent overtime and the chance to work within a highly regarded aerospace environment. Location: Cambridge, CB5 8RX Contract: 12-month rolling contract (long-term – approx. 3 years of work) Start Date: February/March 2026 Hours: 5-5-4 shift pattern, 07:00–18:00 Weekly Hours: Approx. 40 hours + overtime (up to 50 hours total) Pay Rate: £27.97 PAYE / £38.48 Umbrella
Qualifications & Experience Completion of a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) Proven experience carrying out aircraft maintenance on large transport aircraft Experience in maintenance checks, structural repairs, component maintenance, and flight control rigging C-130 experience advantageous but not essential
