Overview We are currently recruiting for an AC Technical Services Manager to join a growing specialist team delivering Air-conditioning and basic refrigeration to a wide range of commercial customers. Working a part of a wider FM business, the HVAC team provides a specialist service to work alongside the M+E team, giving a full technical service to varied commercial customers across the south. Responsibilities

Managing the delivery of all A/C and Refrigeration services to the business portfolio of clients in the south Working alongside the M+E Manager who provides electrical and mechanical engineers Responsible for financial performance of the contract and managing P+L To ensure a full and capable team of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Engineers, responsible for the management and development of the team including training requirements Ensuring the team are in line with KPIs and SLA with each client contract, completing all PPM and reactive works within agreed schedules Complete monthly audit checks and demonstrate compliance and health and safety measures within all areas of the contract, escalating and issues as required Engaging and managing subcontractors as required Managing the client and ensuring good customer relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction Working out on site completing PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC equipment in the Reading and London area Managing a mixed portfolio of buildings including offices, schools, medical centres and other commercial buildings – unit types on the contract include Split systems, VRV’s, VRF’s, Fan coil units and Chillers Driving profit increases on the contract through generating new sales, leads and projects as well as implementing cost saving initiatives

Qualifications

From a Technical A/C or Refrigeration background Previous contract management experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook Experience of using a CAFM system Suitable knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and F‑gas legislation
