Air Freight Forwarder Newtonabbey Salary up to £35,000 (DOE) Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm

We are working with a well-established and growing freight forwarding company based in Newtonabbey, known for its excellent reputation, low staff turnover, and genuine commitment to looking after its employees.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Air Freight Forwarder to join their friendly and professional team.

The Role:

Managing end-to-end air freight operations (import & export)

Liaising with airlines, agents, customers, and internal teams

Handling documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations

Providing excellent customer service and proactive shipment management

Supporting customs processes where required

About You:

Previous experience in air freight forwarding is essential

Customs knowledge would be highly advantageous

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset

Ability to work well in a fast-paced but supportive environment
