JOB SECURITY & GUARANTEED PAY£20.00 per hour based on a 10-hour day (8.5 hours on site)Guaranteed 50 hours of pay each working week3-month trial period with full supportCompany vehicle provided fully racked out & equipped with specialist toolsWork issued digitally via CLIK platform & electronic tabletADDITIONAL BENEFITSSickness pay (management discretion)On-call rota: £200 standby + paid OOH hours (door to door)Overtime rates:1.5x on Saturdays2x on Sundays & Bank HolidaysYour Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will work across Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Chiller systems, providing a mix of service, maintenance, and installation duties.ServiceCarry out service calls on AC, refrigeration, and chiller equipment (in and out of hours)Diagnose and complete service repairs independently or as part of a teamPerform remedial works on VRF, AC Splits, Multi-Splits, Twin Splits, and systems from various major manufacturersMaintenanceRoutine maintenance on all AC and refrigeration unitsMaintenance of various chiller plant manufacturersInstallationAssist with full system installations when requiredReplace indoor/outdoor units and support commissioningAbility to commission AC/Refrigeration plant is essentialWho Were Looking ForA committed engineer with strong technical ability, good communication skills, and the confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
