Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider NHS Campus London up to £45,000 per annum

Hours of work

Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

8am to 5pm

Key duties & responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, FCUs). Diagnose faults and complete repairs to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably. Perform routine checks, inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing.
