Role : Air Conditioning Engineer

Location : London

* Basic Salary up to £48,000

* 40 hour working week

* Travel paid door to door

* On-call payment

* Saturday paid at x1.5

* Double time on Sundays and bank hols

* 25 days + 8 bank holiday

* Overtime paid 9-10hrs single rate and 10 hours + x1.5 mon - friday ( including travel and lunch in these hours)

The Role

We are a family run West Midlands facilities management company with contracts from Manchester and down into London. We have been established for 10 years and offer a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas, Electrical and Refrigeration services to Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Restaurants, and Colleges. We are currently looking for a skilled professional Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As part of our expansion plans, we offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment. We currently have 3 engineers down in London and now looking to expand this with further engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Repairing and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems for commercial clients.

* Conducting routine inspections and diagnostics to identify system issues and provide effective solutions.

* Conducting regular maintenance checks and identifying faults

* Providing expert advice and guidance to clients

* Complying with health and safety regulations

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

· NVQ level 2 refrigeration & AC or FGAS Certificate

· Driver’s Licence
