Air Conditioning Engineer - Stirling - Salary up to £45,000 DOE - Outstanding Benefits!

CBW are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established specialist , forward-thinking Air Conditioning contractor operating across Scotland’s Central Belt. This is a mobile role supporting a diverse portfolio of end-user clients, delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and fault resolution on air conditioning systems.

Salary & Package:

Salary up to £45,000 DOE
Guaranteed additional earnings – approx. £600 per year from call-out
36-hour working week – reduced hours compared to the standard 40-hour week
On-call rota: Approximately every 6 weeks (can be less)
Call-out pay – £100 weekend allowance + minimum 4 hours paid per call-out
Overtime - Saturday: Time and a half, Sunday: Double time

Paid travel time starts after 20 miles from the office

Hospitality
Retail
Pharmaceutical
Commercial environments and specialist facilities
Covering predominantly the Central Belt of Scotland with occasional travel further NorthKey Responsibilities:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems
Reactive maintenance and breakdown response
Accurate fault finding, diagnostics, and repair
Striving for first-time fix wherever possible
Completing work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Maintaining clear communication with clients and internal support teamsQualifications & Experience (Essential):

F-Gas Category 1 certification
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
Proven experience working as a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Strong PPM and fault-finding experience across commercial systems
Full UK driving licence
