Salary: Circa £55K+ Company Van + Benefits

Location: Covering the M25 corridor from J23J31 including Dartford, Waltham Abbey, Cheshunt, Romford

About the Role:

Were recruiting on behalf of a leading FM services provider, looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their Southern Region team. You'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation systems across commercial sites.

This is a MondayFriday role, with minimal overnight stays and participation in a rotating on-call schedule (1/5 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance, service, and repair of:

oVRV/VRF systems

oSingle & multi-split systems

oAHUs, supply and extract fans

oSmall chillers (preferred but not essential)

Minor A/C installations (preferred)

Asset collection and system database updates

Fault finding and remedial repair work

Plantroom housekeeping

Working to health & safety standards

Supporting stores and parts processes

Liaising with clients and internal teams

Participation in on-call rota

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in A/C or refrigeration maintenance

NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning (Level 2 considered)

F-Gas certification (essential)

Strong diagnostic and repair skills

Good understanding of plantroom and HVAC systems

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

Full UK driving licence
