We're looking for a certified Air Tightness & Acoustic Tester to join our growing team in Chester. You'll work on a wide range of projects across the region and beyond, applying your technical expertise to ensure buildings meet the highest industry standards.

What You'll Do

*

Carry out air tightness tests on domestic and non-domestic buildings in line with ATTMA standards. *

Perform sound insulation testing in accordance with ANC guidelines and building regulations. *

Produce clear, accurate reports and provide practical recommendations. *

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and site teams in Chester and across the UK. *

Travel to sites nationwide, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.

What We're Looking For

*

ATTMA Level 2 certification (Domestic & Non-Domestic). *

ANC Sound Testing certification. *

Strong numerical skills (GCSE and A-Level Maths as a foundation). *

Full, clean UK driving licence. *

A proactive, organised individual with excellent communication skills.

Your Day-to-Day

*

Visiting client sites to complete air tightness and acoustic tests, primarily in Chester and surrounding areas. *

Setting up, operating, and maintaining testing equipment. *

Analysing results and writing up professional reports. *

Problem-solving with site teams and offering expert guidance. *

Managing your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
