The Opportunity
A well-established and growing freight forwarding business is looking to recruit an experienced Air & Ocean Freight Operator to join their team in Bradford.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid operational experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day air and ocean freight shipments (import & export) Liaise with customers, overseas agents, and shipping lines Prepare and process shipping documentation Provide quotations and follow up with clients Raise and process invoices accurately Ensure high levels of customer service and communication throughout the shipment lifecycle
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in air and/or ocean freight forwarding Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner Good level of education Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and developWR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
