Responsibilities • Work with cross‑functional teams to define product roadmaps and deliver digital solutions that transform core insurance processes. • Lead the development of AI‑powered products and features, from concept through launch. • Partner with global and local stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. • Drive continuous improvement of AI and digital initiatives, measuring impact using KPIs. Qualifications

Experience managing transformation projects with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals. Sound understanding of technology, business and operations with hands‑on experience delivering projects across the various functions. Strong insurance domain knowledge with core functions such as claims, marketing, distribution, legal and operations. Understanding of insurance sales and distribution for consumer line of products; experience in telemarketing domain is desirable. Industry certifications such as ACII, FCII, CIP, CPCU preferred. Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science), Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline. Creative thinker with proven skills in conceptualizing new product features, defining product roadmaps, developing business cases and proposals for solutions built on digital technologies. Ability to work with cross‑functional global and local teams across multiple time zones as required. Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in an incredibly fast paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision. Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Have an awareness of suitable KPIs associated with large scale projects. The ability to prioritise and manage workloads within tight timescales and budgetary constraints. An eye for detail, excellent communication skills and be able to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found. Knowledge of Property and Casualty Products, Accident and Health Products or Personal Lines Products useful. Spanish and English Fluent is essential.
