Role Overview As an AI Product Manager you will define and execute the vision and strategy for AI products and services, combining technical understanding with product management excellence to drive measurable value for organisations and end users. What You'll Do
Identify opportunities for emerging AI technologies to transform organisations, creating value and solving real problems. Lead innovation and discovery workshops using design thinking to uncover pain points and generate user‑focused solutions. Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to align AI opportunities with strategic goals. Test ideas through rapid experimentation and POC pilots, validating assumptions and iterating based on real user feedback. Translate concepts into clear product definitions and roadmaps, ensuring solutions address root causes and deliver tangible outcomes. Deliver value while managing risks of responsible and ethical AI products. Champion user‑centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle. Integrate AI products into existing processes, re‑imagining operations and enabling new capabilities. Support clients in change management and adoption, ensuring sustainable impact.
Profile
Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities. System integration of AI solutions into enterprise landscapes. Expertise in AI compliance, ethical AI practices, data quality, security, and privacy. Awareness of AI specific risks (bias, explainability, adversarial attacks). Experience transitioning AI pilots into production environments. Knowledge of monitoring, maintaining and scaling AI services post‑launch. Proven ability to define and communicate a clear AI product vision and roadmap. Hands‑on experience with Design Thinking and User‑Centered Design. Experience leading POC pilots, validating solutions, and iterating on user feedback. Strong client‑facing skills: account management, stakeholder engagement, trusted advisory. Experience with agile methodologies and tools for AI product lifecycles. Ability to mentor and develop others, fostering capability growth. A growth mindset and passion for learning, experimenting, and driving AI innovation.
