What You'll Do:

As an AI/ML Engineer at Meltwater, you'll play a vital role in building cutting-edge social solutions for our global client base within the Explore mission. Meltwater development teams take full ownership of their subsystems and infrastructure, including running on-call rotations. We seek individuals with experience in Software Engineering in AI/ML and Data Science, with a strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure and containerization, including Docker, Azure, or AWS (Azure preferred). Experience in Data Preparation, Model Lifecycle (training, serving, registries), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and LLMs is required. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to push the boundaries of our technology stack, from modifying open-source libraries to innovating with existing technologies. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Software Engineer in AI/ML and Data Science. Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of Python and software engineering principles (4+ years). Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization (4+ years), Docker required. Azure or AWS experience required (Azure preferred). Proficiency in TensorFlow / PyTorch (4+ years). Knowledge of ML-Ops principles (3+ years). Experience in Data Preparation and Model Lifecycle management. Good theoretical knowledge of AI/Data Science areas such as NLP, Neural Networks, Topic Modeling, Clustering, Time Series Analysis, Retrieval Augmented Generation, Speech to Text.
