Overview
As an Agile Project Manager in our People ERP and Payroll domain, you'll play a key role in driving change and continuous improvement across our global People and Finance functions. You'll help deliver smarter, more efficient systems that support our colleagues and customers from onboarding and development to wellbeing and inclusion. Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of change initiatives from start to finish, including new product rollouts, feature enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
Manage multiple backlogs and define sprint objectives in collaboration with Product Owners and Technical Delivery Managers.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure frameworks like Scrum and Kanban run smoothly.
Unblock issues that slow down delivery and drive continuous improvement using data and metrics.
Partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align delivery with business outcomes.
Maintain project plans, resource forecasts, and financial oversight where needed.
Champion a risk‑based approach to delivery and elevate issues appropriately.
Support automation, data, and analytics initiatives that enhance our People systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong experience in technical project management roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience delivering change in back‑office functions such as People, Pay & Reward, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.
Track record of managing complex projects or multiple small initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.
Resilience, empathy, and a results‑driven approach.
Commercial acumen and effective vendor management experience.
