Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer
We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to join our Special Projects & R&D team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions for banking and financial services, focusing on agentic and autonomous AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Build and refine agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows and autonomous process automation tools.
Develop prototypes using frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI, and HuggingFace Transformers.
Applied Research
Track advancements in agentic AI, LLMs, and orchestration for financial services.
Contribute to research on applications like compliance, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting.
Collaboration
Work with AI researchers, engineers, and domain experts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
Experimentation & Evaluation
Design experiments to benchmark solutions against state-of-the-art models.
Analyze results and iterate for performance improvements.
Documentation & Communication
Prepare technical documentation, research reports, and demos for technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Education
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (recent graduates encouraged).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Python and at least one AI/ML library (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
Basic understanding of LLMs, multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learning.
Familiarity with cloud environments and tools like Git and Docker is a plus.
Domain Interest
Interest in financial services, banking technology, or fintech innovation.
Soft Skills
Curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and eagerness to learn.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks.
Exposure to banking APIs, regulatory tech, or financial data analytics.
Internships or academic projects in AI, autonomous systems, or finance-related technology.
