Experience of working with young people - e.g. mentoring, coaching, teaching. Key qualities that enable good engagement - e.g. warmth, kindness, humour. Strong values and a commitment to inclusion. An ability to understand, recognise and respond appropriately to risk. Ambition matched with a desire for professional development. You will lead on plans to support their health, education, social, and day-to-day needs along with a specialist strand of work i.e. promoting sports, culture, and arts (SCAs).
