Known for their award-winning Superyacht tenders, our client prides themselves on providing world-class aftersales, warranty, and service support.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who had a technical mind, is organised, and service-oriented, preferably with experience in the marine industry or a related sector.
Key Responsibilities Aftersales & Technical Administration Log, track, and manage incoming support, warranty, and spare-parts requests, ensuring excellent service levels are maintained. Prepare accurate quotations, costings, and invoices for parts, services, and technical support actions. Assist the technical team by compiling relevant documentation, gathering technical information, and preparing cases for engineering reviews. Process orders, raise purchase orders, coordinate supplier updates, and maintain accurate entries in ERP/CRM systems. Coordinate shipping logistics and handle customs documentation for the dispatch and delivery of parts and equipment.
