Main Purpose of the Role
The main purpose of this role is to effectively manage and prioritise workshop throughput across all depots to meet customers' expectations. This role also involves quoting and processing parts orders and working closely with all Client Operations Teams to ensure timely and complete despatch.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Schedule Daily Workshop & Wash Programmes across all depots. Manage urgent refurbishment requirements. Ensure daily communication with all refurbishment depots. Provide Stock Control with appropriate support for prioritisation and urgent requirements. Prioritise Hire Stock refurbishment based on regional utilisation. Ensure Customer Items are refurbished to meet expectations and provide high levels of customer service. Efficiently manage the following operational tasks:
Daily Workshop & Wash Programmes Balance Hire & Customer Refurbishment throughput Coordinate Parts Picking Liaison with Transport for parts movements Provide Stock Control with completion dates React to urgent order r...
