We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Aftersales Manager to lead our large and dynamic aftersales department at Toyota Edgware . This is a senior management position with responsibility for service, parts, warranty, bodyshop, and workshop operations managing a team of 35 across multiple disciplines.

What Youll Do: Lead the aftersales operation including service, parts, bodyshop, warranty, and technical teams
Manage a team of approx. 35, including 16 technicians and specialists across all departments
Drive profitability while ensuring high levels of compliance, governance, and customer service
