Lead and develop the workshop technician team to optimise efficiency, first-time fix rates, and hours sold Drive customer-centric team performance to maximise upselling opportunities while maintaining high service standards Implement and support new digital systems aligned with dealership digitalisation strategies Support skills development, training, and career progression for team members Streamline operational processes within the Customer Journey, including Vehicle Health Checks Ensure compliance with group financial policies, DVSA MOT regulations, and health & safety standards Contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of the service department as the Aftersales Manager Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators to meet set targets Foster a positive team environment to motivate staff and maintain engagement Deliver a seamless, efficient service experience for every customerRequirements:
