Youll be trusted to take ownership, encouraged to keep learning, and supported by a team thats got your back.OverviewWe have a newly created opportunity for an Aftersales Manager wholl be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of the aftersales operations, including workshop, parts, service and accessories, ensuring high standards in productivity, compliance, and customer experience. This role focuses on productivity and efficiency of the workshop department as well as full responsibility of aftersales revenue KPIs. High emphasis is placed on data collection and analysis, health and safety compliance, and people management, driving continuous improvement in both processes and performance.What Youll Be Doing Day-to-Day:Lead day-to-day aftersales operations, maximising productivity across workshop and service functionsManage service planning, technician workloads, and rotas to meet operational demandDrive aftersales revenue opportunities across the full customer journeyEnsure compliance with MOT, health and safety, GDPR, and Consumer Duty requirementsOversee team performance, including development, training, and PDPsManage onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes where requiredMaintain high standards of housekeeping, tooling, and operational efficiencyMonitor customer interactions, warranty cases, and reputation feedbackAnalyse aftersales performance data and implement improvement initiativesControl aftersales costs and report performance in line with P&L targetsWhat Were Looking For:Essential:At least 1 year as an Aftersales Manager or Workshop Manager or similar operational leadership role operating multiple servicesExperience managing budget and profit performance of the aftersales functionExperience of automotive environmentExperience in the motorcycle industry is preferredMust have workshop technician qualificationsProficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Desirable:MOT Level 3, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, IOSH Managing Safely, ILM Level 3, and rele-vant riding qualifications.Benefits:Netflix MembershipDiscounted Gym MembershipGroup Life AssuranceStaff Discount on Bikes and accessoriesCycle to Work SchemeHealth & Wellbeing Support (mental health, fitness plans, nutrition advice, 24/7 doctor helpline)Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, and Sickness PayAftersales Manager / Workshop ManagerSounds interesting?
