About the Role As our Aftercare Response Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving post-construction issues across our building projects. You'll manage and triage defects, coordinate with sub-contractors, maintain strong relationships with facilities management teams, and play a key role in continuous improvement efforts. Your work will directly protect Reds10’s reputation and help us deliver on our promise of quality and reliability.
What You’ll Be Doing Defect Management: Triage all reported issues, ensure they are logged accurately and coordinate with the operations team to get them resolved promptly. Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management teams, ensuring issues are communicated clearly and resolved efficiently.
