Aftersales Advisor

Location: Exeter
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

Our client is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join their busy dealership team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The Role

As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring servicing, maintenance, and repair work. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the workshop and driving aftersales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and managing service bookings

  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow

  • Providing clear and professional updates to customers

  • Upselling service plans and additional work where appropriate

  • Maintaining accurate records and invoicing

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at every stage

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary of £30,000 per annum

  • Quarterly bonus scheme:

    • Up to £1,000 per quarter based on customer satisfaction performance

  • £25 commission per service plan sold

  • Monday to Friday working hours

About You

  • Previous experience in an automotive service advisor / aftersales role preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Confident in upselling and identifying customer needs
