This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive marketer to take ownership of our affiliate channel, driving high-quality traffic and managing key partnerships that directly impact our growth. • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners to the Fair-Loans program.
• Maintain and nurture existing relationships to ensure maximum performance and brand alignment.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports on ROI and conversion rates.
• Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all affiliate creative assets and promotions meet financial services regulations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures with partners.
• Collaborate with the internal content team to provide affiliates with high-performing marketing materials.

• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management (Financial Services experience is a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
• A solid understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance within the UK financial sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
