Affiliate Marketing Executive

New Today

As our Affiliate Executive, you'll be right at the heart of growing AO's affiliate channel. You'll build and nurture strong partnerships with our third‑party partners, including Top Cashback UK, Blue Light, and Quid Co, keeping day‑to‑day activity running smoothly and constantly looking for new ways to push performance further. From launching campaigns and seasonal promotions to managing go‑lives that look spot‑on and land on time, you'll get stuck into the numbers too – tracking revenue, CPA and CTR, and using your insights to shape smarter decisions that drive real results. Collaboration is key at AO, so you'll work closely with our Trade, Marketing, and Commercial teams, sharing ideas, spotting opportunities, and helping us stay one step ahead of the competition. This is a hands‑on role where strong relationships, commercial thinking, and great delivery really matter. If you love building partnerships, diving into data, and finding opportunities others might miss, this one's for you. Our people are our superpower, and we're unstoppable when we're together! We want your ideas to flow, and what better way to make that happen than being based onsite, 5 days a week, where our culture fuels creativity, collaboration and growth. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and delivery of the affiliate marketing strategy for AO.com. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and affiliate networks to drive growth and performance. Source, onboard and activate new affiliate partners to expand reach, drive performance and unlock new growth opportunities. Qualifications and skills
You’ve got experience in affiliate marketing and understand what it takes to make partnerships perform. Experience with AWIN is a bonus, but what really matters is your ability to learn quickly and get stuck in. You’re a natural relationship builder—confident, clear, and comfortable working with a wide range of partners to build trust and deliver great results. You stay calm when things get busy and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball, even when you’re working at pace. You bring a commercial mindset to everything you do, with the confidence to negotiate, spot opportunities, and find win‑wins that drive growth for both AO and our partners.
