Job Description
A law firm with a strong reputation for its culture, training and quality of work is looking to recruit a newly qualified solicitor into its transactional construction team in Manchester.
The team advises developers, contractors, funders and public sector bodies on the full range of non-contentious construction matters. Typical work includes drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and supporting major development and regeneration projects.
You'll be working alongside friendly, experienced lawyers who are known for giving junior solicitors plenty of responsibility, support and client contact from day one. The wider firm is consistently ranked as one of the best UK employers for work-life balance, progression and team culture.
What the firm is looking for:

A newly qualified solicitor, ideally with a seat in construction or real estate
A genuine interest in non-contentious construction work
Strong drafting and communication skills
Someone commercially minded, collaborative and keen to learn
