Production Shift Leader

Scantec Recruitment are working with a leading Food Manufacturing business in North Manchester to assist in finding a Production Shift Leader for their Operations team. This is a well established business supplying high quality food products to a huge range of customers. Great career development opportunities with external management training courses on offer.

Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, your role will focus on providing leadership for the operating teams to deliver established Key Performance Indicators in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People.

(You'll never need to work a Friday or Saturday)

4x shifts per week, between Sunday and Thursday, with a rota'd day off 1x week of  Days, followed by 1x week of Nights. (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am)
