Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) - Long Term Locum

Location: Community (NG8 - BASE) Service: Home Visiting Service Pay: £45 LTD p/h (PAYE Options available) + 45p mileage claimable

Days: Ideally 4 days per week - Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays (4th day being either Wednesday or Thursday) Shift Time: 9am-5pm (30 min unpaid break) Contract: Long-Term Locum | ASAP Start

Job Summary We are recruiting an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to support a Home Visiting Service across Mid Nottinghamshire. This role is ideal for a confident, autonomous clinician who is an independent prescriber and experienced in delivering high-quality care in community and home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake home visits to assess, diagnose, and treat patients Prescribe independently in line with national and local clinical guidelines Manage acute and chronic conditions autonomously Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using SystmOne Escalate care and refer to appropriate services when requiredEssential Requirements Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (L7 MSc & V300) Proven experience working autonomously Confidence delivering care in a home visiting/community setting Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle Experience with SystmOne (S1) To enquire for this role, please email Eleanor on (url removed) or call (phone number removed)
