In this role, you will support the production of sterile gene therapy products in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-compliant environment. This position focuses on ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the delivery of innovative biotech solutions.

Responsibilities: Follow established procedures to produce gene therapy products in a clean and sterile environment. Use aseptic techniques to ensure contamination-free manufacturing. Monitor and maintain the facility to meet safety and compliance standards. Perform routine cleaning, environmental monitoring, and stock management. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Identify and report any issues or deviations from procedures. Assist with technology transfer activities for new processes. Support quality control by managing materials and ensuring proper documentation. Contribute to planning and organizing tasks to meet production deadlines.
