What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of advanced treatments including electrolysis, advanced electrolysis (ACP), facials, waxing, laser hair removal, radiofrequency, body sculpting and microneedling
• Providing personalised consultations to understand each client's needs and recommending suitable treatments
• Building strong, lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and achieve high retention
• Promoting retail products and additional services to maximise each client's experience
• Maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene, cleanliness and client comfort across all treatment areas
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
• Staying current with the latest techniques, trends and products
• Working independently and as part of a team, with the confidence to hit and surpass targets

What we're looking for

• A recognised qualification in electrolysis (NVQ Level 2-4 preferred); proficiency in electrolysis is essential
• Experience in beauty therapy or a related field is preferred, though training can be provided for the right candidate
• Proficiency in skin and body treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills - confident, warm and professional
• Organised with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and hygiene
• Ability to work well under pressure, including with VIP and UHNW clients
• A genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their very best
