We want to help you become the best in the industry and we want others to talk about how good you are.What you'll be doingPerforming a variety of advanced treatments including electrolysis, advanced electrolysis (ACP), facials, waxing, laser hair removal, radiofrequency, body sculpting and microneedlingProviding personalised consultations to understand each client's needs and recommending suitable treatmentsBuilding strong, lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and achieve high retentionPromoting retail products and additional services to maximise each client's experienceMaintaining impeccable standards of hygiene, cleanliness and client comfort across all treatment areasKeeping accurate records of treatments provided and client preferencesStaying current with the latest techniques, trends and productsWorking independently and as part of a team, with the confidence to hit and surpass targetsWhat we're looking forA recognised qualification in electrolysis (NVQ Level 2-4 preferred); proficiency in electrolysis is essentialExperience in beauty therapy or a related field is preferred, though training can be provided for the right candidateProficiency in skin and body treatmentsExcellent communication and customer service skills - confident, warm and professionalOrganised with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and hygieneAbility to work well under pressure, including with VIP and UHNW clientsA genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their very bestBenefitsCompany pension, employee discount, store discount, sick pay, company events, referral programme, excellent transport links.If this sounds like you, make our future your future.
