Key Responsibilities

Document progress and report any significant changes in clients’ health or behaviour.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
Previous experience as a Support Worker, specifically within adult care.
A compassionate approach and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
