What Youll Do

  • Provide emotional, practical, and advocacy support to vulnerable adults
  • Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns
  • Ensure the rights of adults at risk are protected
  • Keep accurate records and attend team and strategy meetings
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to improve outcomes
  • Use your compassion, critical thinking, and communication skills to make a difference

Requirements
  • Social Work Qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent)
  • Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
  • Experience in Adult Safeguarding or community care
