Adult Clinical Lead Community Complex Care £45,000 - £48,000 + Travel Expenses Essex Are you an experienced nurse looking to step into a leadership role within community complex care? We are recruiting for an Adult Clinical Lead to join a well-established and growing provider delivering high-quality, nurse-led care to adults in their own homes across Essex. This role offers a great balance of autonomy and support, with a hybrid working model and a manageable adult-only caseload. The Role As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will take ownership of a portfolio of complex care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends or nights, giving you a strong work-life balance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee adult complex care packages in the communityComplete clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessmentsDeliver training, competencies and ongoing clinical supervision to staffWork closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teamsMonitor quality, governance and compliance across your caseloadSupport with incident management and clinical reportingRequirementsRegistered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PINBackground in adult complex care or ICU/ITUExperience in a senior, lead or supervisory roleStrong clinical skills including tracheostomy and ventilator careExcellent communication and organisational abilityUK driving licence preferredSalary and Benefits£45,000 - £48,000 salary depending on experienceTravel expenses coveredHybrid working - 1 to 2 days working from home per weekMonday to Friday, 9am - 5pm28 days annual leaveAdult-only caseloadOngoing training and career developmentOpportunity to join a growing and supportive providerThis is an excellent opportunity for a nurse ready to step into an Adult Clinical Lead position and make a genuine impact in community complex care.
