A major digital transformation programme within the National Health Service is seeking multiple Change & Adoption Consultants to support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies across 30–40 NHS Trusts.

This is a large-scale programme focused on helping organisations successfully adopt new technology, drive behavioural change and ensure users are confident using the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will play a key role supporting end users, delivering training, and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft Copilot and the wider M365 suite.

The Role

• Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and M365 technologies
• Deliver user training, workshops and adoption sessions
• Help drive behavioural and organisational change across NHS trusts
• Support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve user engagement and adoption
• Develop training materials, guidance and best practice documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in Change Management / Adoption roles
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption programmes
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot
• Strong stakeholder engagement and training experience
• Ability to support large user communities through technology change

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with the public sector or healthcare organisations
• Experience supporting large digital transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft collaboration ecosystem

Additional Information

• Remote role within the UK
• Occasional travel to NHS sites or team meetings
• Candidates must be UK based
