Description
Our Role
As a Commercial Administrator, you will look after the general maintenance of commercial information for our contracts. You will apply for payment via the client system to facilitate cash flow, identify any issues preventing applications for payment, liaise with commercial team on any matters causing issue.
The role will predominately see you administering the general payment processes on our largest contract in the region providing general support to the commercial team.

We are looking for someone to:
- Assist with the raising of Invoices onto Tradex
- Updating Invoice Tracker
- Assist in Applications and updating of Tracker associated with these works.
- Cross Checking Payment Certificates against Trackers to ensure all applications have been certified
- Updating of Subcontractor Tracker
- Assist with the issue and tracking of Early Warning Notices
- Work with and build effective relationships with colleagues and clients as appropriate.
- Maximise the efficiency of reporting techniques/systems.
