The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Team of Worcestershire County Council. This role involves the administration of all services for our looked after children. This could be attending CLA Reviews and producing high quality minutes, as well as arranging meetings and speaking to family members and foster carers. The Practice Manager for the IRO Service will also need administrative support in the form of record keeping and additional adhoc tasks.
The role and responsibilities will encompass interesting, varied and challenging tasks where effective communication, organisation and flexibility are paramount.Reliability, adaptability, the ability to work individually and as part of a team, computer literacy and the ability to prioritise your own workload are essential key qualities for this post.The role will necessitate travel to various council venues around the County, so access to a vehicle is essential.
This is a Hybrid post, and as such 2 days per week will be spent in an office location.
