Administrator - Heathrow IRC - Part Time (9 Month Maternity Cover) - London Contract£25,207 pro rataWe’re looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our Substance Misuse Team (SMS), providing essential support to help deliver psychosocial interventions and accredited treatment programmes for individuals entering custody with drug or alcohol needs. This role is based on-site at Heathrow IRC and forms part of our wider administrative team supporting services across London. This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the service, from handling data and supporting outcome monitoring, to maintaining strong working relationships with partner agencies such as clinical substance misuse teams. Please note: CTC clearance is mandatory for this role. What you’ll do: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Substance Misuse Team Carry out accurate data entry, tracking and reporting to support service targets Support the monitoring of key outcomes for Forward and local commissioners Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure joined-up service delivery Offer occasional administrative support at other London sites (HMP Brixton & HMP Wormwood Scrubs) when required What you’ll bring: Strong organisational and administration skills Accuracy and confidence with data and monitoring systems Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to travel to other local sites when needed If you’re looking for a meaningful part-time role, want to support a service that makes a real difference, and are available for a 9-month maternity cover starting January 2026, we’d love to hear from you.
