Our prestigious Norwich based client, (part of a cluster of internationally renowned research organisations), are currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Officer to join their team.
This is a part time position working 21 hours per week on a temporary basis for approximately 26 weeks located in Norwich.
Job Responsibilities: Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the Development Team and the Chairman, working closely with the Director of Development and the Development Officer to streamline daily tasks. Managing team calendars, coordinate diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments. Arrange travel logistics for the Director and Senior Staff including booking flights, accommodation and transport. Prepare, organise and maintain accurate records / files. Record and update data into the CRM system (Raisers Edge) Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, ensuring professionalism in all interactions. Demonstrate a dynamic and proactive approach, utilizing independent judgment and initiative to address challenges and improve processes. As agreed with the line manager, any other duties commensurate with the nature of the post.
