Our education client is seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to provide short-term support within a busy academic office environment. Fluency in both Welsh and English is essential for this role.
This is a full-time, 4-week assignment, working as part of a professional services team to deliver a high-quality administrative service.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory records across offices and teaching spaces
Support the digitisation of archival materials (scanning and organising documents)
Accurately input and manage data, identifying any trends or issues
Assist in improving administrative processes and procedures
Provide occasional reception support and handle general enquiries
Work collaboratively to support wider team objectivesEssential Criteria:
Previous administrative or office-based experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard IT systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to use initiative and solve problems effectively
Fluent in Welsh and English (spoken and written)Details:
£13.84 per hour
Full-time (35 hours per week, Monday - Friday)
Fully office-based (CF10)
