The opportunity


This position plays a key role in the delivery of an internship visa programme, ensuring all operational, administrative, and compliance-related activities run smoothly. You will be responsible for coordinating documentation, supporting commercial objectives, and providing a high-quality service to employers, interns, and external partners.


Accuracy, organisation, and professionalism are central to the role, as is ensuring that all regulatory and reporting obligations are consistently met.


What success looks like

  • Contributing to the achievement of monthly revenue targets through timely and accurate processing of client requests
  • Preparing and issuing sponsorship documentation in line with eligibility criteria and regulatory requirements
  • Building strong working relationships with employers and professional advisors, reinforcing the programme’s reputation and reliability


Key duties

  • Create and manage sponsorship documentation for individual interns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards
  • Act as a point of contact for employers, immigration specialists, and other partners via email and telephone
  • Maintain up-to-date records and reporting systems, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and audit-ready
  • Support employers and participants to meet their responsibilities under the programme’s terms
  • Monitor changes to immigration guidance and assess their impact on programme operations


Required experience and skills

  • Background in an administrative or coordination role involving high-volume data handling
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and large sets of documentation
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership
  • Professional and collaborative working style


Desirable experience

  • Previous experience in a client-facing or service-based role
  • Exposure to regulated, legal, or compliance-focused environments
  • Awareness of visa processes, sponsorship schemes, or regulatory frameworks
  • Experience handling data, reporting, or basic analysis
