Your role
· Plan and deliver engaging activities that support residents’ physical, mental and social wellbeing
· Get to know residents as individuals and involve them in activities they enjoy
· Work closely with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive and fun atmosphere
· Encourage participation from residents, families and the wider community
· Bring new ideas and creativity to activities that enrich daily life
Your skills
· A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people
· Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues
· Good communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
· Energy, creativity and confidence to engage others
· A commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
