More about the role Join ACRO Criminal Records Office as a Business Analyst in our innovative Continuous Improvement Team, where you'll play a key role in supporting digital and process optimisation initiatives. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to gather and analyse business requirements, uncovering inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Essential Qualifications * Educated to QCF level 4 OR work experience deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level. * Hold a professional practitioner level qualification in Business Analysis (e.g. The Chartered Institute for IT (BCS) level 4, International Diploma in Business Analysis) or another recognised BA Certification.
