With a modern working environment, a supportive culture, and continued investment in staff development, they offer an excellent platform for an ambitious accounting professional looking for a well-rounded, client-facing role with genuine autonomy and progression.In this role, you will manage a diverse client portfolio and take responsibility for preparing year-end accounts in accordance with FRS 102 and Charity SORP (charity experience advantageous but not essential). You will draft corporation tax returns, personal tax computations, and self-assessment returns, as well as finalising reporting packs and ensuring that work is completed to a high technical standard.You will play a key role in reviewing the work of junior and senior team members, resolving technical queries, and providing day-to-day support, mentoring, and on-the-job training to help develop the team. The role offers extensive client interaction and the opportunity to work closely with managers and partners, providing a blend of technical responsibility and meaningful client exposure.The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified,(or QBE), with strong experience across accounts preparation and both corporate and personal tax within a practice environment. You will be organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
