What Youll Be Doing
As part of the credit control team, youll play a key role in maintaining healthy customer accounts and supporting the companys financial success. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Account Management
Maintaining accurate customer account records
Reviewing credit limits, payment terms & history
Assisting with setting up new customers and updating existing accounts
Invoice & Payment Processing
Preparing and sending invoices promptly and accurately
Chasing outstanding payments and building strong customer relationships
Payment Reconciliation
Matching payments received against outstanding invoices
Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues
Debt Recovery Support
Contacting customers regarding overdue balances
Supporting senior credit controllers with escalations
Reporting & Analysis
Producing aged debt reports and receivables metrics
Spotting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
What Were Looking For
12 years experience in a reputable finance or accounts role
Currently studying AAT , Finance degree , or CICM
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Determined, proactive, and ready to grow
