My job Accounts Receivable Administrator Location: Rushmere, Craigavon Hours: Monday-Friday (5 days on-site) We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our busy Shared Service Centre.

In this fast-paced role, you'll support billing, collections, and credit review activities while helping keep our high-volume AR ledger accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do Support customer cash allocation and collections Assist with billing, disputes and credit reviews Maintain an accurate, high-volume AR ledger Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and meet deadlines What You Need (Essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload and manage time well Organised, reliable and a great team player Desirable Experience using ERP systems (SAP an advantage) Shared Service Centre or similar industry background High-volume data entry experience Credit control experience within a large organisation The company Pilgrim's Europe produces some of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland, including Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Denny, Richmond, Oakhouse and Moy Park, alongside a diverse range of industry leading own-label products in categories including fresh pork, lamb and chicken, working with all the major retailers and food service outlets.
