Description

The Accounts Payable Assistant will;

Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy of records.
Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Assist with payment runs, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate records and manage financial documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
Support month-end closing processes as required.
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.Profile

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
